In the birth preparation course, we work together in an open group on all important topics from pregnancy to birth to the postpartum period. This is about both the anatomy and the theory of birth, with phases of birth, place of birth, birth position and much more. I will give you helpful resources and tools for this time. We will strengthen, motivate and optimally prepare each other for the birth through exercises, body work, breathing, relaxation and meditation trips and shared exchange. Your partner/companion is welcome to the course (fee: €150)

Registration for the course is binding. Your health insurance company will cover the costs. A private invoice will be issued for the accompanying person fee. Please check with your health insurance company or your partner's to see whether the costs will be covered.
